Viva is one of the leading envelope manufacturers in Indonesia, well-known for providing reliable and quality service and products at highly competitive prices. Established in 1992, we started off producing and supplying envelopes for commercial entities.
Over the past two decades, we have successfully built our reputation as one of the top 3 envelope manufacturers in Indonesia. We have also expanded our services and product lines to include quality paper products for myriad commercial, business, and retail uses, such as brochures, books, paper forms and paper bags.
In recent years, we have also expanded our product range to include e-commerce packaging to cater to the burgeoning e-commerce industry in Indonesia.
Our valued customers include Indonesian conglomerates and multinational financial and business institutions. This expansion in products and services is coupled with a continued emphasis on quality, as we manufacture all products by utilizing only the best raw materials and imported equipment that guarantee precision and quality.
Communication is Key
The needs of a company is ever-changing and we understand the work requirement of our clients. Communication is key for Viva and we require our sales person to visit our clients at least once every 2 months to understand their needs. The requirements of clients are different. Some clients require the order to be done in the fastest time, while some prefer us to take our time and ensure that the print quality is perfect. We believe that with good communication with clients, we can better value-add to them.
We also have a dedicated after-sales support team to ensure that clients’ enquiries such as on invoice matters, delivery matters and other administrative needs are well taken care off. We are proud of our after sales support team and have occasionally received compliments on our service level from clients. Good after sales support service helps to make the client’s job a much easier one.
